Facility Use

Warroad Public Schools are happy to offer the use of school facilities to individuals and community organizations. Community Education schedules and manages community use of all buildings. If you have any questions, please call 218-386-6028 or email: michelle_wyckoff@warroadschools.org.

Facilities that are available to rent in our schools include:

  • Theater

  • Gymnasiums (HS, Elem. & ELC)- Gym equipment is not included. Renters must bring their own equipment.

  • Warrior Cafe

  • Classrooms

  • Lunch Rooms, HS Commons

  • Weight Room/Fitness Room

  • Pool

Rentals:

  • Stage

  • Risers

  • Bleachers

Rates -
Facility use is charged at an hourly rate. Rental groups are responsible for additional costs such as custodial services, supervision, equipment use and damages. All fees must be paid prior to the event.

Scheduling Priority- Warroad Public School activities and functions are given first priority when scheduling facility use. If a conflict occurs, every effort will be made to find an alternate facility for community groups and organizations.
