Warroad Schools will continue to provide services via distance learning through May 4, 2020 in accordance with the directive of Governor Walz. Childcare, meals, and academic content will continue to be delivered according to current methods. Call the office with questions.

Parents,
As you are aware, ISD 690, has suspended school and all activities until March 30th . With this in mind, Warroad Warrior Trap Team is delaying the start of our season as well. As information regarding our Spring 2020 season becomes available, we will notify you via email and Facebook. Thank you for your understanding!
Reminder: Meals are provided for All students 4-18. Grab and Go can be picked up at the HS Commons from 11 to 12:30 daily. We also have drop off locations being bused to daily. If you are not able to get to a location, please contact the school so arrangements can be made.
Reminder: there is FREE lunch and breakfast for the next day available for ALL area children 18 and under. Pick up in the High School Entryway, 11am-12:30pm, Monday-Friday. Starts TODAY!
The Warroad Public Library offers 24/7 wi-fi access to the public! Access is available outside the building when the library building is closed on March 18th at 5pm. Ebook services will continue to be open for checkout with a Northwest Regional Library card.
Spring Firearm Safety Classes have been cancelled by the MN DNR. Students registered will be enrolled in the upcoming Fall Classes. If you have any questions, please contact the Community Ed Office.
Warroad Food Service program will be providing free meals to all children 18 and under. Families will be able to drive up and receive their grab and go meals. Children will receive a grab and go lunch plus breakfast for the next day. This service will begin on Wednesday, March 18th.

This program is solely for the pick-up of meals, meals will not be consumed on site. Families please continue to be proactive in reducing the risk of COVID-19 by not congregating at the pick-up location. Continue to wash your hands often, sneeze or cough into a tissue, and stay home if you are sick.
Warroad Elementary families are reminded to return the Elementary Distance Learning/Take Home Chromebook Agreement on Tuesday, March 17th.
7th & 8th grade baseball will begin Monday, March 30th, practice will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30-7:00 in the Elementary Gym.
Athletes must be registered prior to attending practice.
Depending on MSHSL ruling, dates are subject to change.
Invention Convention Update
Warroad Elementary’s i-Invent judging and viewing of projects planned for Wednesday, March 18, 2020, will be rescheduled for a later date. As more information is available, it will be posted to Schoology and the Warroad Public Schools’ website.
Warroad Elementary class pictures that are scheduled for the Early Learners' Center classes on Tuesday, March 17th, will be taken as scheduled. ELC and K-6 class pictures scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th, will be rescheduled for a later date.
Beginning Wednesday, Warroad KidKare will be available only to the families of health care workers and emergency responders with children ages 4-12. Please contact the Community Education office if you plan to utilize this service.
Good morning. The Governor has declared a statewide closure of schools beginning Wednesday, March 18 through March 27. Warroad Schools will be open Monday and Tuesday as we prepare for this time of closure. Stay tuned to the website and Schoology for additional information.
