The returning Warbotics team and new team, The BrickBobs, both from Warroad and sponsored by Team 2883: FRED had a busy day at the Grand Forks Regional!
The BrickBobs finished their rookie season with a great final robot run of the day!
Warbotics received the Innovation Project Award and will be advancing to the State championship on February 8th.
Both groups have learned so much about the 2024 theme Submerged (ocean research) 🌊 , programming, and how to work together as a team.

Snowmobile Safety training will be held on February 26th at 4pm in the Warroad High School Theater. Students must be at least 11-15 years old.

Warrior Buddies reconnected this week with students practicing their social skills, a little math, and lot of fun as they learned and played the card game War with their buddy. Keep the fun going and challenge your elementary student to a game of War this weekend and ask about their classroom buddy day! #BestTeamEver

There were 523 total Indian Boarding Schools that operated in the U.S from 1801 to present. With 24 total in the state of Minnesota.
Standing together, we embrace the truth and honor and uphold the survivors that have lived and endured the unimaginable and to commemorate the 150,000 plus children that did not make it home.
On Saturday, January 11th, to see our youth featuring the beautiful Warroad Warrior Truth and Reconciliation jerseys, was and is a powerful emblem that shows strength, support and introduces the concept of " Truth and Reconciliation and the path towards healing.
The enduring truth that EVERY CHILD MATTERS.
Embracing this truth is not just about the past, it’s about shaping a more respectful inclusive future.
